We exist: to promote amateur action sports athletes.

We believe: there is a wealth of undiscovered talent out there and our goal is to expose and promote the “little guys,” these hardworking, deserving individuals who just need a little help getting into the spotlight.

We have built an extensive network of relationships with other members of the press, both in print and online, and are able to use those mediums to help shed light on these rising stars as well.  Our goal is to both expose and educate athletes on how to market themselves, secure sponsorships and give them every opportunity of achieving their goals.  We love being a part of your success!

LocalHeroesNW.com is the brainchild of Seth Fargher.  Seth started the website from his dorm room in college as a means of keeping himself involved in the industry he loved.  Over time, Seth began to build relationships with other key members of the industry as well as members of the media.  This opened up a new world of possibility for Seth as he began writing for magazine’s and websites within the industry.  It also allowed him the opportunity to pursue one of his own passions, freestyle motocross.

Seth’s list of industry contacts and clientele is huge.  He has worked and ridden with industry giants like Mike Metzger, Ronnie Faisst and X Games competitors Caleb and Colten Moore.  He has served as a contributor and photo/test rider for countless websites and print magazines including ESPN.com, ATV Rider, ATV Sport, Dirtwheels, ATV Insider, Sand Sport Magazine, ATVriders.com, AllTerrainResearch.net and MetzgerUnlimited.com to name a few.
